On November 18, GUM-Red-Line hosted a master class on creating a unique dessert, the idea of which was developed specifically for the gallery by Bosco Café chef Davide Corso in collaboration with artist Mikhail Balan as part of the exhibition Dhyana. Deep concentration.

Guests of the event came up with their own dessert composition, inspired by the exhibition, which was given a tour by the author and curator Svetlana Kalashnikova-Prokofieva before the master class.
