Born in 1971 in Moscow. Studied in universities in Russia, USA, and France. Since 2007, actively works as a contemporary artist with various materials in the fields of sculpture and installations. A teacher of ceramics and sculpture since 2005. Since 2007, works with the VGLAZ Community established by Gosha Ostretsov. Pieces by Daria Krotova can be seen in renowned international collections, including Charles Saatchi’s collection (London), Kramlich Foundation (New York), and other private collections in France, Israel, Belgium, Germany, and Russia.
Meat à la... is a series in which Daria Krotova, primarily utilizing materials for graphics, such as paper and sanguine, cites European painting in the media of sculpture.
